I’m beyond excited to be home! I missed you all and thank you for your kind messages on my birthday and our anniversary. Being away for three weeks made me realize how important this blog is to me. It’s a terrific creative outlet and vehicle for learning, growing and self-improving. It also helps me to focus on the positive things in life. But above all, it’s allowed me to ‘meet’ some fantastic and dynamic women that I otherwise would never communicate with. And for that I am grateful.
They would have been much spookier if it hadn’t been so darn sunny that day.

I won’t show you Jim Morrison’s or Edith Piaf’s because I don’t want to ruin it if you haven’t been. Also, there is a section of the cemetery that has several memorials of the Holocaust that are moving to say the least.
Here’s a tip if you go: Don’t be a fool like me and wear pumps. Pumps and cobblestones don’t mix well. Thank goodness for benches!
